I can’t believe I’ve finally got to the end of the scanning of the Fremantle Society Photographic Survey! Last night I scanned the last print, and all photos are now online at https://archives.org.au/FSPS — the next step is to do a bit of clean up of the main wiki pages and then start geocoding and entering the rest of the metadata for each photo and place (so far, I’ve just been focusing on recording all metadata from the physical photos and boxes, and keeping track of which folder they’re now stored in; the fun stuff can start next). Once that stuff is sorted out, I’ll figure out how to best advertise their existence.
