These new signs appeared recently after it was decided (maybe?) that the footpath and part of the road does in fact belong to the building at right. The orange markers are delineating a proposed ‘under cover bike rack’.

Thanks!
I use a tool I’ve been working on lately: <a href="https://tools.wmflabs.org/flickrdash/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">tools.wmflabs.org/flickrdash/</a> — it makes it quicker to tag the Flickr photo and add Commons categories at the same time (it uses the ‘commons category’ property).
I’m currently trying an experiment with a category page: <a href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Cossack_Cemetery" rel="noreferrer nofollow">commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Cossack_Cemetery</a> (not sure if Commons likes that sort of layout though!).

Hi Sam, (Love your tags. Did you put them in prior to importing to wikicommons or when? And did they propagate to the appropriate places, e.g., wikidata?) I will now check him out. Thanks.
